Big Mac Wraps — Rewritten Version

Big Mac Wraps — Rewritten Version
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 yellow onion, diced (divided)
- 1 pound ground beef
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder (optional, to taste)
- 4 soft taco–sized tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Make the Sauce:
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, finely diced pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika. Mix well and place in the refrigerator until needed. - Cook the Beef:
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and half of the diced onion. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion has softened. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if desired. Drain excess grease and transfer the mixture to a bowl. - Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out the tortillas. On each one, layer shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, the cooked beef mixture, the remaining diced onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and a generous drizzle of the Big Mac sauce. - Wrap and Serve:
Fold each tortilla into a wrap and serve immediately.
Notes:
For a vegetarian version, swap the beef for plant-based crumbles or seasoned tofu.
