So simple, rich, creamy, and unbelievably satisfying — and just 1 point each (depending on your plan). These little bites are the perfect quick treat!
Ingredients (3 Ingredients Only)
- ½ cup peanut butter (creamy, not natural if you want the smoothest texture)
- ¼ cup sugar-free powdered sweetener (like Swerve or similar)
- ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
1. Make the Peanut Butter Mixture
In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sweetener.
Stir until the mixture becomes thick, smooth, and easy to roll.
2. Shape the Balls
Roll the mixture into 12 small balls (or larger ones if you prefer).
Place them on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
3. Coat in Chocolate
Melt the sugar-free chocolate chips in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
4. Chill
Place the chocolate-coated balls in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes, or until the chocolate sets.
