Caramelized Garlic Bok Choy with Feta, Walnuts & Spicy Honey Drizzle
Ingredients:
- 2 large heads bok choy, halved lengthwise (~700 g / 1.5 lb)
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
- 3–4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- ¼ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper (or to taste)
- ½ cup (50 g) crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup (50 g) chopped walnuts, toasted
- 2–3 tbsp hot honey (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
- Prepare the bok choy:
Rinse the bok choy and pat dry. Slice each head in half lengthwise. - Cook the garlic:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden, about 1–2 minutes. - Sear the bok choy:
Place bok choy cut-side down in the skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook 3–4 minutes until lightly caramelized, then flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until tender but still crisp. - Assemble the dish:
Transfer bok choy to a serving platter. Sprinkle with crumbled feta and toasted walnuts. Drizzle generously with hot honey.

Serve immediately as a flavorful side dish or light main.
