Ingredients
Pasta & Protein
300 g fettuccine or tagliatelle pasta
400 g chicken breast, sliced into bite-size pieces
Vegetables
200 g broccoli florets
Sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
250 ml heavy cream
80 g grated Parmesan cheese
Seasoning
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Optional Toppings & Garnish
Extra grated mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Broccoli
Steam or blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 3–4 minutes until just tender and bright green.
Drain and set aside.
3️⃣ Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked.
Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
4️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook for 3–4 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
5️⃣ Assemble the Bake
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
Top evenly with cooked chicken and extra cheese if desired.
6️⃣ Bake
Bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top.

Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
