2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge (Super Easy & Creamy!)
This incredibly simple fudge is rich, creamy, and melts in your mouth. It takes just minutes to prepare and only two ingredients — perfect for holidays, parties, or a quick sweet craving!
Ingredients
1 (16 oz / 450 g) jar peanut butter
(Creamy works best, but crunchy can be used for texture)
1 (16 oz / 450 g) container vanilla icing (store-bought frosting)
Instructions
Prepare the pan
Lightly grease an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) square pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Microwave separately
Remove the lid and foil seal from the peanut butter and microwave for 90 seconds.
Microwave the icing (without lid/foil) for 90 seconds as well.
Stir each one separately after heating until smooth.
Mix together
Pour both warm mixtures into a large bowl. Stir well until completely smooth and fully combined.
Pour & smooth
Immediately pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Spread evenly with a spatula.
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
Slice & serve
Cut into squares and enjoy!
Tips for Perfect Fudge
Use regular creamy peanut butter (not natural/separated oil types) for best texture.
For chocolate peanut butter fudge, use chocolate frosting instead of vanilla.
Sprinkle sea salt on top before chilling for a sweet-salty twist.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
