Sweet Crème Brûlée Martini (Alcohol-Free)

INGREDIENTS:
Creamy Base >>
1 cup whole milk
½ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp vanilla pudding mix
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
Ice cubes
Brûlée Topping
1–2 tsp granulated sugar (for caramelizing)
Optional Garnish
Caramel drizzle
Pinch of sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a shaker, combine milk, cream, pudding mix, sugar, and vanilla.
Add a handful of ice.
Shake vigorously until chilled and slightly thickened.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Sprinkle an even layer of sugar on top.
Use a kitchen torch to caramelize until golden and crisp.
Let sugar harden for 1–2 minutes.
Optionally drizzle caramel around the rim.
Serve immediately and crack the top with a spoon.
