Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Burger Steaks
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs (700 g) ground beef
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
3 tablespoons butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Prepare the patties:
In a large bowl, season the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently, then shape into 4 equal patties.
Make the garlic butter:
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter with the minced garlic. Mix well and set aside.
Assemble in the slow cooker:
Place the raw beef patties in the bottom of the slow cooker. Add a dollop of garlic butter on top of each patty.
Add the sauce ingredients:
Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the patties. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the patties are fully cooked and tender.
Serve:
Carefully remove the patties and spoon the rich, buttery sauce over the top.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve over mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or rice to soak up the flavorful gravy. Pair with green beans, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad for a complete meal. Add garlic bread or buttered toast for a comforting diner-style touch.
