Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Burger Steaks

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

1 ½ lbs (700 g) ground beef

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

3 tablespoons butter, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 packet onion soup mix

1 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

Prepare the patties:

In a large bowl, season the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently, then shape into 4 equal patties.

Make the garlic butter:

In a small bowl, combine the softened butter with the minced garlic. Mix well and set aside.

Assemble in the slow cooker:

Place the raw beef patties in the bottom of the slow cooker. Add a dollop of garlic butter on top of each patty.

Add the sauce ingredients:

Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the patties. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.

Cook:

Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the patties are fully cooked and tender.

Serve:

Carefully remove the patties and spoon the rich, buttery sauce over the top.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve over mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or rice to soak up the flavorful gravy. Pair with green beans, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad for a complete meal. Add garlic bread or buttered toast for a comforting diner-style touch.
