How to make Moonshine Banana Bread

Ingredients

 

3 ripe bananas (mashed)

 

½ cup brown sugar

 

¼ cup white sugar

 

2 eggs

 

1 tsp vanilla extract

 

¼ cup plain or cinnamon moonshine

 

½ cup melted butter

 

1½ cups flour

 

1 tsp baking soda

 

½ tsp cinnamon

 

¼ tsp salt

 

Optional: walnuts, chocolate chips, or pecans

 

 

 

 

Instructions

 

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

 

Mix mashed bananas, sugars, eggs, vanilla, butter, and moonshine.

 

In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

 

Combine wet and dry ingredients; fold in any extras.

 

Pour into loaf pan. Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

 

Pro tip: Brush with extra moonshine after baking for a flavor boost.
