Ultimate Cheesy Baked Beef Farfalle Pasta  (Creamy, Comforting & Family Favorite)

A rich and satisfying baked pasta dish made with tender farfalle, seasoned ground beef, and a creamy tomato sauce, all topped with a golden layer of melted cheese. This is the kind of cozy meal that brings everyone back for seconds.

 

 

 

 

Ingredients

12 ounces (340g) farfalle (bowtie) pasta

1 lb (450g) ground beef

2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil

1 small onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon (5ml) Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 cups (480ml) marinara sauce

1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream

1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese

1 1/2 cups (170g) shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup (120ml) shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup (60ml) fresh parsley, chopped

 

 

 

 

Instructions

Cook the farfalle pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.

Stir in the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Season with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Pour in the marinara sauce and heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Let it simmer for 3–5 minutes.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese, then add the cooked pasta and mix until everything is well coated.

Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar evenly on top.

 

 

 

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden.

Finish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Serving Tip

Serve with garlic bread or a simple green salad for a complete, restaurant-style meal at home.
