Ingredients:

2 (12–14 oz / 340–400g) packages cocktail sausages (Lil Smokies)

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup yellow or Dijon mustard

Optional: 1 tablespoon brown sugar (for extra sweetness)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven: Set to 180°C (350°F).

Make the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, and brown sugar (if using) until smooth.

Combine: Add the cocktail sausages to a baking dish or disposable aluminum pan. Pour the sauce over and toss to coat evenly.

Bake: Bake uncovered for 30–40 minutes, stirring once or twice, until the sausages are heated through and the sauce is bubbling and slightly thickened.

Caramelize: For extra sticky edges, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end—watch closely to avoid burning.
