Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Roasted Asparagus (Low-Carb Oven Bake)

 

A simple yet incredibly flavorful low-carb dish that brings together juicy, tender steak bites and crisp-tender asparagus, all coated in a rich garlic butter sauce. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a satisfying keto-friendly meal.

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces

1–2 tablespoons olive oil

3–4 tablespoons butter, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

½ teaspoon paprika (optional, for extra flavor)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

 

 

 

Instructions:

Preheat the oven:

Set your oven to 200°C (400°F) and lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.

Prepare the garlic butter:

In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.

Season the steak:

Place the steak cubes in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Assemble the dish:

Arrange the steak bites and asparagus evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon or brush the garlic butter mixture over everything.

 

 

 

Bake:

Roast in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes, or until the steak reaches your desired doneness and the asparagus is tender yet slightly crisp.

Finish and serve:

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
