3 eggs
A pinch of salt
1 ripe banana
2 apples, peeled and grated or finely chopped

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
Add the eggs and a pinch of salt, then whisk until fully combined.
Stir in the oats and mix well.
Fold in the grated apples and optional cinnamon or vanilla if using.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden on top and firm in the center.
