Air Fryer Pickles
Crispy on the outside, tangy on the inside, and made with little oil—these air fryer pickles are quick, easy, and addictive!
Ingredients
1 cup dill pickle slices (chips or spears, well drained)
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Optional for Serving
Ranch dressing
Spicy mayo or garlic aioli
Directions
1. Prep the Pickles
Pat pickle slices dry with paper towels. This helps them get extra crispy.
2. Set Up Breading Station
Prepare three bowls:
Bowl 1: Flour
Bowl 2: Beaten eggs
Bowl 3: Panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
3. Bread the Pickles
Dip each pickle slice into flour (shake off excess), then into eggs, and finally into the seasoned panko. Press gently to coat well.
4. Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Arrange pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Lightly spray with cooking oil.
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
5. Serve
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
