4 large eggs
90 g rolled oats
120 g fresh or frozen blueberries
2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Pinch of salt
Butter or oil for greasing the baking dish
Optional Toppings
Extra blueberries
Sliced bananas
Chopped almonds or walnuts
Greek yogurt
A drizzle of honey or maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease 4 small ramekins or one medium baking dish.

In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and gently fold in the blueberries. If using frozen blueberries, there’s no need to thaw them first.
Fill the baking dishes
Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared ramekins or pour it into the baking dish.
Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the centers are set and the tops are lightly golden.
Cool slightly
Remove from the oven and let the bowls cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
