  • Instructions
  1. Prepare the filling:
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter and softened butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add sweetness:
Mix in the powdered sugar gradually until fully combined and the mixture is thick but workable.
  3. Add Butterfinger flavor:
Stir in the crushed Butterfinger candy bars until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Form the balls:
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Chill in the freezer for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  6. Dip and decorate:
Using a fork or toothpick, dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, letting any excess drip off.
Place back on the parchment paper and sprinkle with extra Butterfinger Bits on top before the chocolate sets.
  7. Set and serve:
Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes or until the chocolate hardens completely.
