Instructions

Step 1: Make the Base

In a bowl, mix crushed vanilla wafers with melted butter until evenly combined.

Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each mini muffin cup or silicone mold.

Press down firmly using the back of a spoon or a small glass.

Place in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the layers.

Step 2: Prepare the Cheesecake Layer

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until fully combined.

In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fluffy and smooth.

Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture evenly over the chilled bases.

Step 3: Make the Banana Pudding Layer

In a bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes.

Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to thicken.

Stir in the mashed banana until smooth.

Spoon the banana pudding over the cheesecake layer.

Step 4: Chill

Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until fully set.

For extra firmness, chill overnight.

Step 5: Garnish & Serve

Top with whipped cream, crushed vanilla wafers, or banana slices just before serving.
