16 oz (450 g) chocolate almond bark (milk or dark)
8 honey graham crackers, broken in half

INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ PREP YOUR WORK AREA
Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
Break graham crackers neatly in half and set aside.
2️⃣ MELT THE CHOCOLATE ALMOND BARK
Place 16 oz chocolate almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until smooth and fully melted.
Be careful not to overheat — stir often!
3️⃣ DIP THE GRAHAM CRACKERS
Drop one graham cracker square into the melted chocolate.
Flip to coat completely.
Lift out with a fork and gently tap on the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.
Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Repeat with remaining crackers.
4️⃣ MELT THE VANILLA ALMOND BARK
Melt 4 oz vanilla almond bark the same way (30-second intervals, stirring).
Spoon into a small bag, piping bag, or drizzle with a spoon.
5️⃣ DECORATE
Drizzle vanilla bark over each chocolate-covered cracker in zigzags or stripes.
Immediately sprinkle with holiday sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
6️⃣ SET THE CHOCOLATE
Let crackers set at room temperature (about 30 minutes), or
Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
