A timeless Mediterranean favorite — crisp, colorful, and full of bright, refreshing flavor. This Greek salad brings together crunchy vegetables, briny olives, creamy feta, and a simple dressing that ties it all together in perfect harmony.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, cubed
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the vegetables:
    In a large serving bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, juicy cherry tomatoes, crisp cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion. Mix gently to create a colorful base.
