Ingredients _(serves 1–2)_:

 

– ½ cup rolled oats

– ½ cup Greek yogurt

– ½ cup milk of choice

– 1 tbsp chia seeds

– ½ apple, chopped

– ½ tsp cinnamon

– Optional: honey , walnuts , vanilla

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

 

1. Mix oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds, cinnamon & apple in a jar.

2. Stir well, seal, and refrigerate overnight

3. In the morning, top with fresh apple slices, nuts, or a drizzle of honey

4. Grab a spoon and enjoy the magic
