Sunshine-Simple Lemon Bars (Only 3 Ingredients!)

These soft, tangy lemon bars are the easiest dessert you’ll ever make—sweet, bright, and bursting with citrus flavor. Perfect for when you want something homemade with almost no effort.

 

 

 

Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix

2 large eggs

1 can (about 300–400 g) lemon pie filling

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease or line a baking pan.

In a large bowl, combine the lemon cake mix and eggs. Mix until a thick dough forms.

Gently fold in the lemon pie filling until everything is well combined.

Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is set and lightly golden.

Let it cool completely before cutting into squares.

Optional: dust with powdered sugar for a bakery-style finish.
