Creamy Keto Chicken Bake: Ultra-Cheesy, Low-Carb Comfort in Every Bite

 

 

 

Ingredients (Serves 4):

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

½ cup chopped spinach (optional, for added nutrition)

¼ cup chopped parsley (for garnish)

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven

Set your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.

Prepare the Creamy Base

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil or butter. Sauté the garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in the cream cheese and heavy cream, mixing until smooth and creamy.

Add Flavor & Cheese

Sprinkle in Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Combine with Chicken

Add the cooked chicken (and spinach if using) into the sauce. Mix until everything is evenly coated.

Assemble the Casserole

Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Bake to Perfection

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Garnish & Serve

Remove from oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
