Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in the rolled oats and chocolate chips until everything is well combined.
Shape the Cookies
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Gently flatten each cookie slightly with the back of the spoon, as they will not spread much while baking.
Bake
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cookies are set and lightly golden around the edges.
Cool and Serve
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
