2 cans (14.5 oz each) stewed tomatoes
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Arrange the chicken pieces in a lightly greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the chicken evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
