Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins (about 2 to 2½ pounds total)
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 (12-ounce) bottle golden ale
Instructions
Prepare the slow cooker Place the pork tenderloins in the bottom of a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker.
Add the seasonings Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix evenly over the pork.
Pour in the ale Slowly pour the golden ale around and over the pork.
Cook low and slow Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours, or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, until the pork is tender and easily slices with a fork.
Rest before slicing Remove the pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve Slice the pork into medallions and spoon the flavorful cooking juices over the top.
