Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Gravy Pork Chops

Ingredients (Only 3!)
6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless, about 1-inch thick)
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 can (10.5 oz / ~300 g) cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
1. Arrange the pork chops
Place the pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker. You can slightly overlap them if needed.
2. Mix the gravy
In a bowl, whisk together:
Brown gravy mix
Cream of mushroom soup
Stir until smooth and fully combined.
3. Coat the pork
Pour the gravy mixture over the pork chops, making sure they’re well covered.
4. Slow cook
Cover and cook:
LOW: 6–7 hours (for ultra-tender, fall-apart texture)
HIGH: 3–4 hours
The pork chops are ready when they’re very tender and easily pull apart with a fork.
How to Serve
Serve hot with plenty of creamy gravy over:
Fluffy mashed potatoes
Buttered egg noodles
Steamed rice
Add sides like:
Green beans
Roasted carrots
Simple salad
And don’t forget:
Warm bread or rolls to soak up the gravy!
Tips & Variations
Extra flavor: Add ½ tsp black pepper or garlic powder
Thicker gravy: Remove lid for last 20–30 minutes or stir in a cornstarch slurry
Richer taste: Use cream of chicken soup instead of mushroom
Sear first (optional): Brown pork chops in a pan for 2–3 minutes per side before slow cooking
