Non-Alcoholic Christmas Sangria

Non-Alcoholic Christmas Sangria
Ingredients:
- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- 2 cups apple cider (unfiltered if possible)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, diced or thinly sliced
- ½ cup fresh cranberries
- ½ cup pomegranate arils (seeds)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2–3 star anise (optional, for aroma)
- Sparkling water or club soda (for topping before serving)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Mix the Base:
In a large pitcher or punch bowl, pour in the cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, and apple cider. Stir gently to combine. - Add the Fruits & Spices:
Add the orange slices, apple pieces, cranberries, pomegranate arils, cinnamon stick, and star anise. Stir again so the flavors start to blend. - Chill:
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to let the flavors infuse beautifully. - Serve:
Just before serving, add ice cubes to glasses and pour the chilled sangria over them.
Top each glass with a splash of sparkling water or club soda for a bubbly finish. - Garnish (Optional):
Add an extra slice of orange, a few cranberries, or a sprig of rosemary for a festive touch.
Tips:
- You can adjust sweetness by adding a little honey, maple syrup, or agave if desired.
- For a kid-friendly presentation, serve in mason jars with striped paper straws!
