Ingredients
2 eggs
4 tbsp sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract
120 ml milk
250 g all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
Oil for frying
Sugar for coating
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla until light and creamy.
Add the milk and mix well.
Stir in the flour and baking powder until you get a thick, smooth batter.
Heat oil over medium heat.
Using two spoons, gently drop small portions of batter into the hot oil.
Fry until golden brown on all sides.
Remove and place on paper towels, then roll the warm donuts in sugar.
