These no-bake treats are rich, smooth, and come together with minimal effort—perfect for holiday parties, dessert tables, or homemade gifts that feel extra special.
Cherry Cheesecake (No-Bake)
Ingredients
- 9 graham cracker sheets (1 sleeve), crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 21 oz cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Make the Crust
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a baking dish or pan. Chill for 15 minutes. - Prepare the Filling
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and lemon juice, mixing until creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping. - Assemble
Spread the cheesecake layer over the crust. Top evenly with cherry pie filling. - Chill
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
Eggnog Pie (No-Bake)
Ingredients
- 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups eggnog
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 prepared 9-inch pre-baked pie crust
Instructions
- Mix the Filling
Whisk pudding mix, eggnog, and nutmeg until thick. - Whip the Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. - Combine
Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture. - Fill and Chill
Spoon into the pie crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Raspberry Cheesecake (No-Bake)
Raspberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen raspberries
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Cook raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat.
- Stir cornstarch with water and add to the pan.
- Cook until thickened, then cool completely.
Graham Cracker Crust
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill.
Cheesecake Layer
Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and vanilla.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread over crust, top with raspberry sauce, and chill for 4 hours.
Chocolate Cherry Lush (No-Bake)
Oreo Crust
Ingredients
- 14.3 oz chocolate sandwich cookies (about 36), crushed
- 1/3 cup salted butter, melted
Instructions
- Combine crumbs and butter, press into a greased baking dish, and chill.
Chocolate Cheesecake Layer
Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup half-and-half (or 1/3 cup whole milk)
Instructions
- Beat all ingredients until smooth and spread over the crust.
Other Layers
Ingredients
- 42 oz cherry pie filling
- 16 oz whipped topping, thawed
- Chocolate sprinkles (optional)
- Maraschino cherries (optional)
Instructions
- Spread cherry pie filling over the chocolate layer.
- Top with whipped topping.
- Garnish with sprinkles and cherries if desired.
- Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
