Holiday No-Bake Desserts

These no-bake treats are rich, smooth, and come together with minimal effort—perfect for holiday parties, dessert tables, or homemade gifts that feel extra special.

 Cherry Cheesecake (No-Bake)

Ingredients

  • 9 graham cracker sheets (1 sleeve), crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 21 oz cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust
    Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a baking dish or pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Filling
    Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and lemon juice, mixing until creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  3. Assemble
    Spread the cheesecake layer over the crust. Top evenly with cherry pie filling.
  4. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.

 Eggnog Pie (No-Bake)

Ingredients

  • 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups eggnog
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 prepared 9-inch pre-baked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Mix the Filling
    Whisk pudding mix, eggnog, and nutmeg until thick.
  2. Whip the Cream
    In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Combine
    Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
  4. Fill and Chill
    Spoon into the pie crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Raspberry Cheesecake (No-Bake)

Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Cook raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat.
  2. Stir cornstarch with water and add to the pan.
  3. Cook until thickened, then cool completely.

Graham Cracker Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill.

Cheesecake Layer

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add lemon juice and vanilla.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Spread over crust, top with raspberry sauce, and chill for 4 hours.

 Chocolate Cherry Lush (No-Bake)

Oreo Crust

Ingredients

  • 14.3 oz chocolate sandwich cookies (about 36), crushed
  • 1/3 cup salted butter, melted

Instructions

  • Combine crumbs and butter, press into a greased baking dish, and chill.

Chocolate Cheesecake Layer

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half (or 1/3 cup whole milk)

Instructions

  • Beat all ingredients until smooth and spread over the crust.

Other Layers

Ingredients

  • 42 oz cherry pie filling
  • 16 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • Chocolate sprinkles (optional)
  • Maraschino cherries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread cherry pie filling over the chocolate layer.
  2. Top with whipped topping.
  3. Garnish with sprinkles and cherries if desired.
  4. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
