Moonshine Breads, Cakes, & Cookies: Baked, Boozy, and Seriously Satisfying

Moonshine-Infused Bundt Cakes

Perfectly moist with a punchy glaze.

 

 

 

 

Ingredients – Cake

1 box spice cake mix (or homemade base)

1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

4 eggs

½ cup oil

½ cup milk

½ cup apple pie or cinnamon moonshine

1 tsp vanilla

Ingredients – Glaze

¼ cup butter

½ cup sugar

¼ cup moonshine

1 tsp cinnamon

 

 

 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a bundt pan.

Mix all cake ingredients in a large bowl until smooth.

Pour into pan. Bake for 45–50 minutes.

In a saucepan, simmer glaze ingredients until sugar dissolves.

Pour glaze over warm cake and let soak

Serving idea: Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with extra glaze before serving.
