Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries (large and ripe)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 Tbsp heavy cream (if needed to thin the mixture)
  • 1/4 cup crushed Golden Oreos or graham crackers
  • 1 Tbsp crushed freeze-dried strawberries

Instructions

  1. Prep the Strawberries
    Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries. Slice each berry in half lengthwise, then gently scoop out a small pocket using a spoon or melon baller.
  2. Make the Filling
    In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and fluffy. If the mixture is too thick to pipe, add 1–2 tablespoons of heavy cream.
  3. Fill the Strawberries
    Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into the hollowed strawberry halves.
  4. Make the Crunch Topping
    Combine the crushed cookies or graham crackers with the crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  5. Add the Topping
    Generously sprinkle the strawberry crunch mixture over the filled strawberries.
  6. Chill and Serve
    Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to set.

 Optional Add-Ons

  • Serve with extra cheesecake dip in the center of the platter.
  • Drizzle with melted white chocolate for added sweetness.
  • Use chocolate cookie crumbs for a chocolate-cheesecake variation.
