No-Bake Butterfinger Balls

- No-Bake Butterfinger Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup salted butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup crushed Butterfinger candy
- 10 oz chocolate almond bark (or melting chocolate)
Instructions
1. Make the filling
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter and softened butter until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Add the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Stir until the mixture becomes thick.
- Fold in the crushed Butterfinger pieces.
2. Shape the balls
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into small balls (you should get about 20–24).
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
3. Coat with chocolate
- Melt the chocolate almond bark in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Place back on the parchment paper.
- Optional: sprinkle extra crushed Butterfinger on top before the chocolate sets.
4. Chill & serve
- Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until fully set.
- Enjoy! They stay fresh in the fridge for up to 1 week.
