Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup salted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup crushed Butterfinger candy
  • 10 oz chocolate almond bark (or melting chocolate)

Instructions

1. Make the filling

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter and softened butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Stir until the mixture becomes thick.
  4. Fold in the crushed Butterfinger pieces.

2. Shape the balls

  1. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into small balls (you should get about 20–24).
  2. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Freeze for 15–20 minutes to firm up.

3. Coat with chocolate

  1. Melt the chocolate almond bark in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  3. Place back on the parchment paper.
  4. Optional: sprinkle extra crushed Butterfinger on top before the chocolate sets.

4. Chill & serve

  1. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until fully set.
  2. Enjoy! They stay fresh in the fridge for up to 1 week.
