Pineapple Chili Tropical Mocktail 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chilled pineapple juice
  • 1 cup peach–mango juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
  • 1 tbsp honey or simple syrup (optional)
  • ¼ tsp chili-lime seasoning (like Tajín)
  • Ice
  • Extra Tajín for the rim
  • Pineapple slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glass
    Wet the rim with a bit of juice and dip it into Tajín.
  2. Mix the base
    In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice, peach-mango juice, and sweetener (if using). Mix well.
  3. Add the fizz
    Pour in the sparkling water or soda.
  4. Serve
    Fill cups with ice and pour the mocktail over it.
  5. Garnish
    Sprinkle a tiny pinch of Tajín on top and add a pineapple slice.

Taste Profile

Sweet, tropical, lightly spicy, refreshing, and SO good — like a vacation drink with a chili kick.
