Pineapple Chili Tropical Mocktail
Ingredients
- 2 cups chilled pineapple juice
- 1 cup peach–mango juice
- 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
- 1 tbsp honey or simple syrup (optional)
- ¼ tsp chili-lime seasoning (like Tajín)
- Ice
- Extra Tajín for the rim
- Pineapple slices for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the glass
Wet the rim with a bit of juice and dip it into Tajín. - Mix the base
In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice, peach-mango juice, and sweetener (if using). Mix well. - Add the fizz
Pour in the sparkling water or soda. - Serve
Fill cups with ice and pour the mocktail over it. - Garnish
Sprinkle a tiny pinch of Tajín on top and add a pineapple slice.
Taste Profile
Sweet, tropical, lightly spicy, refreshing, and SO good — like a vacation drink with a chili kick.
