Pineapple Fluff
Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
1. Mix the base
In a large bowl, stir together the sour cream and dry vanilla pudding mix until smooth and fully combined.
2. Add the pineapple
Add the drained crushed pineapple and mix until evenly distributed.
3. Add mix-ins
Stir in the mini marshmallows and pecans (if using).
4. Fold in the whipped topping
Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture becomes light, fluffy, and creamy.
5. Chill
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend and the marshmallows soften.
6. Serve
Give it a gentle stir before serving cold.
