- 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded provolone or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- Optional: a small pinch of paprika for extra flavor
