Whipped Feta Dip – Swirl Art Edition

A canvas of creamy feta transformed into edible plate art.

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

Whipped Feta Base

 

200 g feta cheese

100 g Greek yogurt

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 small garlic clove

Freshly ground black pepper

 

Swirl Art

 

2–3 tbsp beet purée or harissa

 

Topping

 

½ cup crispy roasted chickpeas

Fresh mint leaves

Extra drizzle olive oil

 

 

 

Silky, airy, tangy feta with bold swirls and crunchy contrast.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

Blend feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper until ultra-smooth.

 

Spread the whipped feta evenly in a shallow bowl.

 

Add small spoonfuls of beet purée or harissa on top.

 

Use the back of a spoon to swirl into artistic patterns.

 

Roast chickpeas at 200°C until golden and crisp

 

Scatter crispy chickpeas over the dip.

 

Drizzle lightly with olive oil.

 

Add fresh mint leaves for brightness

 

Serve immediately with warm flatbread.

 

Capture the swirl before anyone dips in.
