Seasoning & Sauce:
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet (1 oz) au jus or gravy mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5–6 pepperoncini peppers (optional, for tangy flavor)
Optional Garnish:
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Prepare the Slow Cooker:
Lightly grease the bottom of your slow cooker with cooking spray or a little butter to prevent sticking. - Layer the Steaks:
Place the ribeye steaks at the bottom of the slow cooker. - Add Seasonings:
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus/gravy mix evenly over the steaks. Add garlic powder if desired. - Top with Butter & Peppers:
Place the butter on top of the steaks and scatter the pepperoncini peppers over everything. - Cook:
Cover and cook on low heat for 6–8 hours, or on high for 3–4 hours, until the steaks are tender and infused with the seasoning flavors.
- Serve:
Remove the steaks from the slow cooker and slice if desired. Spoon some of the juices and peppers over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley for a bright finish. - Optional Serving Ideas:
Serve alongside mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a simple salad for a hearty meal.
