Blueberry & Strawberry Cheesecake Sipping Cream
Description
This no-bake sipping cream blends velvety cream cheese, berries, and a hint of vanilla into a luscious, indulgent drink. Enjoy it chilled over ice, drizzled on desserts, or even mixed into cocktails for a luxurious treat!
Ingredients
For the Berry Cheesecake Base:
- 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
For the Berry Mix:
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1–2 tbsp sugar (optional, depending on sweetness of berries)
Optional (for serving):
- Crushed graham crackers (for garnish)
- Whipped cream
- Extra berry syrup drizzle
Instructions
- Prepare the Berry Sauce
- In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, strawberries, lemon juice, and sugar.
- Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the berries soften and release their juices.
- Mash lightly and let the sauce thicken slightly.
- Remove from heat and cool completely.
- Make the Cheesecake Cream
- In a blender or large bowl, beat together cream cheese, condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust sweetness to your liking.
- Combine the Flavors
- Swirl in the cooled berry sauce to create beautiful streaks of pink and purple, or blend it fully for a uniform flavor.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours before serving.
- Serve & Enjoy
- Pour over ice in small glasses or dessert cups.
- Garnish with whipped cream, fresh berries, and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers for that cheesecake touch.
Optional: Boozy Version
If you’d like to make it like traditional Southern “sipping cream,” you can stir in:
- ½ cup Irish cream liqueur or vanilla vodka before chilling.
(Enjoy responsibly, of course!)
