Blueberry & Strawberry Cheesecake Sipping Cream

Description

This no-bake sipping cream blends velvety cream cheese, berries, and a hint of vanilla into a luscious, indulgent drink. Enjoy it chilled over ice, drizzled on desserts, or even mixed into cocktails for a luxurious treat!

Ingredients

For the Berry Cheesecake Base:

  • 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste)

For the Berry Mix:

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar (optional, depending on sweetness of berries)

Optional (for serving):

  • Crushed graham crackers (for garnish)
  • Whipped cream
  • Extra berry syrup drizzle

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Berry Sauce
    • In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, strawberries, lemon juice, and sugar.
    • Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the berries soften and release their juices.
    • Mash lightly and let the sauce thicken slightly.
    • Remove from heat and cool completely.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Cream
    • In a blender or large bowl, beat together cream cheese, condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
    • Adjust sweetness to your liking.
  3. Combine the Flavors
    • Swirl in the cooled berry sauce to create beautiful streaks of pink and purple, or blend it fully for a uniform flavor.
    • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours before serving.
  4. Serve & Enjoy
    • Pour over ice in small glasses or dessert cups.
    • Garnish with whipped cream, fresh berries, and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers for that cheesecake touch.

Optional: Boozy Version

If you’d like to make it like traditional Southern “sipping cream,” you can stir in:

  • ½ cup Irish cream liqueur or vanilla vodka before chilling.
    (Enjoy responsibly, of course!)
