Ingredients
3 very ripe bananas (the darker, the better)
1/2 cup melted butter (or half butter, half oil for extra moisture)
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Mix in melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until fully combined.
In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture—do not overmix.
Add milk or yogurt to keep the batter extra soft and moist.
Pour into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
