Junk Yard Salad (No-Bake Classic!)

This Junk Yard Salad is a nostalgic favorite that shows up at family gatherings, potlucks, and summer picnics—and it always disappears fast. Sweet, creamy, fluffy, and unbelievably easy. Best of all? No cooking required!
Ingredients
- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained well
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand recommended)
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 (1 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)
- 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed
Directions
- Mix the Base
In a large bowl, combine the cherry pie filling, drained crushed pineapple, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until well blended. - Add the Extras
Stir in the miniature marshmallows and dry vanilla pudding mix until evenly combined. - Fold in the Whipped Topping
Gently fold in the Cool Whip until the salad is smooth and fluffy. - Chill
Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) for the best flavor and texture. - Serve & Enjoy
Spoon into bowls and enjoy chilled.
