Junk Yard Salad (No-Bake Classic!)

OMG—don’t lose this one!
This Junk Yard Salad is a nostalgic favorite that shows up at family gatherings, potlucks, and summer picnics—and it always disappears fast. Sweet, creamy, fluffy, and unbelievably easy. Best of all? No cooking required!

Ingredients

  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand recommended)
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (1 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed

Directions

  1. Mix the Base
    In a large bowl, combine the cherry pie filling, drained crushed pineapple, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until well blended.
  2. Add the Extras
    Stir in the miniature marshmallows and dry vanilla pudding mix until evenly combined.
  3. Fold in the Whipped Topping
    Gently fold in the Cool Whip until the salad is smooth and fluffy.
  4. Chill
    Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) for the best flavor and texture.
  5. Serve & Enjoy
    Spoon into bowls and enjoy chilled.
