2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream
1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar

- Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
2️⃣ Heat the Cream
Pour the heavy cream into a saucepan.
Heat over medium-low heat until it begins to gently steam (do not boil).
3️⃣ Add the Sugar
Remove from heat.
Stir in the sugar until fully dissolved.
4️⃣ Pour into Ramekins
Divide the mixture evenly into small ramekins or a baking dish.
5️⃣ Bake (Water Bath Method)
Place ramekins in a baking dish.
Carefully pour hot water into the dish until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the center is just set but slightly jiggly.
6️⃣ Cool & Chill
Remove from oven and let cool at room temperature.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
