4-Ingredient Boursin Zucchini Pasta

4-Ingredient Boursin Zucchini Past: The Easiest Creamy Summer Dinner

My sister sent me this recipe during one of the busiest weeks, along with a simple message: “You need this in your life.” She was absolutely right!

This easy 4-Ingredient Boursin Zucchini Pasta is the ultimate summer dinner hack. Everything cooks together in one casserole dish, creating a creamy, flavorful pasta with almost no effort and very little cleanup.

All you need is zucchini, Boursin cheese, dry pasta, and a little broth or water. The oven does most of the work, and the result is a deliciously creamy, herby pasta that tastes like you spent much longer in the kitchen than you actually did!

🛒 Ingredients

– 2 medium zucchini, sliced into half-moons or chopped

– 1 wheel (150 g / 5.3 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese

– 12 oz (340 g) dry pasta, preferably short pasta such as penne, rotini, or shells

– 3 cups (720 ml) vegetable or chicken broth, or water

Optional Garnishes

– Freshly grated Parmesan

– Fresh basil or parsley

– A squeeze of fresh lemon juice

– Black pepper

– Red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Add everything to a baking dish. Place the dry pasta and chopped zucchini in a large oven-safe casserole dish. Place the Boursin cheese in the center.

3. Pour in the broth. Add enough broth or water to cover the pasta as much as possible. Gently stir the ingredients around the cheese.

4. Cover and bake. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes.

5. Stir and continue baking. Remove the foil and stir well to combine the melted Boursin with the pasta and zucchini. If the pasta is still firm or the sauce seems too thick, add a splash more broth or water. Continue baking uncovered for another 10–15 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and creamy.

6. Finish and serve. Stir everything one more time, then garnish with Parmesan, fresh herbs, black pepper, or a squeeze of lemon juice.

Helpful Tips

– Use a large casserole dish so the pasta has enough room to cook evenly.

– Keep the dish covered during the first part of baking to help the pasta cook properly.

– If the sauce becomes too thick, simply stir in a little warm broth or water.

– For extra protein, serve with grilled chicken, shrimp, or shredded rotisserie chicken.

– A sprinkle of red pepper flakes adds a delicious little kick.

Serving Ideas

Serve this creamy pasta straight from the casserole dish with a simple green salad, garlic bread, or sliced tomatoes drizzled with olive oil. A little fresh lemon juice brightens the rich, herby sauce perfectly.

And the leftovers? Even better for lunch the next day! Simply reheat with a splash of broth or water to bring the creamy sauce back to life.

One dish. Four simple ingredients. Maximum comfort with almost no effort!
