Creamy Chicken, Turkey Bacon & Mushroom Pasta Delight

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons garlic olive oil
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine work great)
6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Turkey Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Sauté the Chicken
In the same skillet, add the garlic olive oil. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
Add the Vegetables
Stir in the onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms are tender and fragrant.
Make the Cream Sauce
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well and let simmer for 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Finish the Dish
Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Return the turkey bacon to the skillet, then toss in the cooked pasta until fully coated in the sauce.
