Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuits or puff pastry

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, and corn)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

¼ cup milk

1 tablespoon butter, melted

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 egg, beaten (optional, for a golden finish)

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Stir until the filling is smooth and well mixed.

Separate the biscuits or roll out the puff pastry. Press each piece into the muffin cups, creating small crusts that come slightly up the sides.

 

 

 

 

Spoon the chicken mixture evenly into each prepared cup.

If using puff pastry, cut small circles or strips for the tops and place them over the filling. If desired, brush the tops with beaten egg for a beautiful golden color.
