Ingredients
2 lbs (900 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup sour cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Spread it evenly in the prepared baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, melted butter, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella until smooth and creamy.
