4 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

300 g (10 oz) rotini pasta
2 tablespoons butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rotini according to the package directions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water, then drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Chicken
Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to create thinner cutlets if desired. Season both sides with the salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
3. Make the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Sauce
Reduce the heat to medium. Melt the butter in the same skillet, then add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted into the buttery garlic sauce. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
4. Prepare the Creamy Cheesy Pasta
In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
