Hot Chocolate Cookie Cups

Hot Chocolate Cookie Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 pack refrigerated sugar cookie dough (or 24 pre-cut sugar cookie squares)
  • 4 chocolate pudding cups (or about 2 cups chocolate pudding of your choice)
  • Mini marshmallow bits
  • Mini candy canes
  • White chocolate candy melts (or white chocolate chips)
  • Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

1. Prepare Cookie Cups

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
  3. Cut cookie dough into 24 equal pieces (or use pre-cut pieces).
  4. Place one piece into each muffin cup and press gently to form a shallow cup shape.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  6. While still warm, use the bottom of a spoon or a small cup to press the center down again to form deeper “cups.”
  7. Let them cool completely in the pan, then remove.

2. Fill the Cookie Cups

  1. Spoon chocolate pudding into each cooled cookie cup (about 1–2 tablespoons per cup).
  2. Add mini marshmallow bits on top.

3. Make the Handles

  1. Melt white chocolate candy melts in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Break mini candy canes into small “C” shaped pieces.
  3. Dip the ends of each piece into the melted white chocolate and attach to the side of each cookie cup to form a handle.
  4. Hold for a few seconds to secure, or place in the fridge for 5 minutes to set.

4. Decorate

  1. Drizzle melted white chocolate on top (optional).
  2. Add Christmas sprinkles for a festive finish.

5. Serve

Enjoy immediately or chill for 30 minutes to firm up.
Perfect for holiday parties, kids’ treats, or cookie exchanges!
