Hot Chocolate Cookie Cups

Hot Chocolate Cookie Cups
Ingredients
- 1 pack refrigerated sugar cookie dough (or 24 pre-cut sugar cookie squares)
- 4 chocolate pudding cups (or about 2 cups chocolate pudding of your choice)
- Mini marshmallow bits
- Mini candy canes
- White chocolate candy melts (or white chocolate chips)
- Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
1. Prepare Cookie Cups
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
- Cut cookie dough into 24 equal pieces (or use pre-cut pieces).
- Place one piece into each muffin cup and press gently to form a shallow cup shape.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- While still warm, use the bottom of a spoon or a small cup to press the center down again to form deeper “cups.”
- Let them cool completely in the pan, then remove.
2. Fill the Cookie Cups
- Spoon chocolate pudding into each cooled cookie cup (about 1–2 tablespoons per cup).
- Add mini marshmallow bits on top.
3. Make the Handles
- Melt white chocolate candy melts in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Break mini candy canes into small “C” shaped pieces.
- Dip the ends of each piece into the melted white chocolate and attach to the side of each cookie cup to form a handle.
- Hold for a few seconds to secure, or place in the fridge for 5 minutes to set.
4. Decorate
- Drizzle melted white chocolate on top (optional).
- Add Christmas sprinkles for a festive finish.
5. Serve
Enjoy immediately or chill for 30 minutes to firm up.
Perfect for holiday parties, kids’ treats, or cookie exchanges!
