Cookie Dough Dip

Cookie Dough Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions (Step-by-Step):
1. Prepare the ingredients
Make sure the cream cheese and butter are at room temperature.
Let them soften for about 20–30 minutes so the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
2. Beat the cream cheese and butter
- Add the softened cream cheese and butter to a large mixing bowl.
- Use an electric mixer and beat for 2–3 minutes until light, smooth, and creamy with no lumps.
3. Add the sugars and flavoring
- Add the brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Beat again for 1–2 minutes until the mixture becomes fluffy and well combined.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips
- Using a spatula, gently fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
5. Chill the dip
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30–45 minutes.
This helps the dip thicken and taste more like real cookie dough.
