Ingredients

For the Graham Cracker Crust

1 cup crushed graham crackers (about 8 squares)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon brown sugar

For the Creamy Filling

8 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup granulated sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks

For the Caramel & Apple Topping

¾ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade), divided

1 medium apple, peeled, cored, and diced into ½-inch cubes

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon turbinado sugar (for crunch)

Optional Garnish

Whipped cream (fresh or store-bought)

Extra caramel sauce for drizzling

 

 

 

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust

In a small bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and brown sugar until evenly combined.

Divide mixture evenly among 4 clear dessert cups, pressing firmly into the bottom.

Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.

2️⃣ Make the Creamy Layer

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add granulated sugar and vanilla extract; mix until fully incorporated.

Gently fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.

Spoon or pipe the cream mixture evenly over the chilled crusts.

3️⃣ Add the Caramel Layer

Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce over each cream layer, letting it flow down the sides slightly.

4️⃣ Prepare the Apple Topping

In a small bowl, toss diced apples with cinnamon and turbinado sugar.

Let sit for 5 minutes to soften slightly and absorb flavor.

Spoon apple mixture evenly over the caramel layer.

5️⃣ Finish & Serve

Top each cup with whipped cream.

Drizzle with remaining caramel sauce.

Sprinkle a pinch of turbinado sugar on top for extra crunch and sparkle.

Use Granny Smith apples for a tart contrast or Honeycrisp for sweetness

Add chopped toasted pecans or walnuts for extra crunch

Swap graham crackers for Biscoff or gingersnaps for a flavor twist
