Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach leaves (washed)
1 cup cold water (or coconut water for extra flavor)
1 tablespoon fresh ginger (peeled and grated or sliced)
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
1 green apple (optional, for natural sweetness)
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients
Wash the spinach thoroughly. Peel and slice the ginger. Cut the lemon and squeeze out the juice. If using apple, cut into small pieces.
Add to blender
Place the spinach, ginger, lemon juice, water, and apple (if using) into a blender.
Blend until smooth
Blend for 30–60 seconds until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.
Strain (optional)
If you prefer a smoother juice, strain it using a fine strainer. If you like fiber, you can drink it without straining.
Add honey or ice (optional)
Add honey for sweetness or ice cubes for a refreshing cold drink.
Serve immediately
